
Learn More About Attorney Mahira Musani
Mahira Musani is a new addition to both The Rubinstein Law Firm and the State of Michigan. Mahira graduated with honors from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Pre-Law. While at Benedictine University, Mahira distinguished herself as a Mock Trial team captain, earning advocacy and leadership awards.
Mahira went on to attend and graduate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2019 where she received her Juris Doctor degree with a certificate in Criminal Litigation. While at law school, Mahira received top honors in six areas including criminal litigation and trial advocacy. She competed as part of the Moot Court Honor Society at national competitions for two years, receiving a number of team and individual advocacy awards. She went on to serve as a vice president and coach for the Honor Society.
After graduation from law school, Mahira worked in Chicago, IL as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Cook County for three years, where the majority of her work focused on domestic violence matters. She began working at The Rubinstein Firm in January 2023 after moving to Bloomfield Hills from Chicago. In her spare time, Mahira enjoys exploring the nature, restaurants, and comedy clubs that Michigan has to offer and mentoring pre-law students from her alma mater.
